Terms of Service for VisionPathPro

Welcome to VisionPathPro. By accessing or using VisionPathPro.com, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully before enrolling in any course, purchasing an informational product, or buying a physical item.
1. Scope of Services
We offer:
- Live spiritual growth courses for entrepreneurs,
- Informational products such as e-guides and recorded webinars,
- Physical goods including journals and meditation kits.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.
3. Course Services
Live sessions begin on the scheduled date. If VisionPathPro cancels a session, you may choose to transfer to a future session or receive full reimbursement as described below. To request a transfer, please notify us at least 48 hours before the session start time. Cancellations by participants made less than 24 hours before a session are not eligible for reimbursement due to reserved capacity.
4. Informational Products
Digital materials are accessible immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital delivery, these products are not eligible for reimbursement once file access has been granted. If you experience technical difficulties, contact us using our support form within 7 days for assistance or replacement access.
5. Physical Goods
Items ship from Singapore. Unused products in original packaging may be shipped back within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process a full reimbursement to the initial payment channel within 10 working days. Shipping fees for shipped back items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
6. Reimbursement Policy
We strive for your satisfaction. The following outlines how reimbursements are handled:
- Live courses: Full reimbursement or transfer option if VisionPathPro cancels. Participant-initiated transfers require 48 hours notice. No reimbursement for cancellations under 24 hours notice.
- Digital products: No reimbursement after file access is granted. Technical issues addressed via replacement or account credit valid for 30 days.
- Physical goods: Full reimbursement after receipt and inspection of shipped back items within 14 days. Processing time is up to 10 working days.
All reimbursements are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary based on the payment provider.
7. Limitation of Liability
VisionPathPro and its team are not liable for personal outcomes or external factors affecting your spiritual practice. Our services and products are provided "as is" without additional promises beyond what is stated.
8. Amendments
We may update these terms at any time. The revised version will be posted at VisionPathPro.com. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
